Dear colleagues of philanthropy,

Each year the AFP Foundation for Philanthropy conducts the Every Member campaign (EMC). In the current context of the pandemic, your support is essential, more than ever. Associations like AFP and organizations like yours need to remain strong, combative and resilient to protect the most vulnerable and maintain equity of opportunity for all.

This campaign, essential to our sector, makes it possible to invest significant amount of money in Canadian data, training and development as well as in direct needs identified by our chapter. We are, however, extremely aware of the precarious financial environment you may find yourself in and we are not insensitive to it. We invite donations, but with respect for each person’s economic context. We understand and welcome every gesture of support.

I therefore invite you to participate in this campaign this week, if you have not already done so, by making an online donation, according to your capacity, so that the Quebec chapter is eligible for a substantial financial return that could reach 35% of the donations collected.  With that money, it is  possible to grant scholarships and contribute to the celebration of National Philanthropy Day on November 15.
